Shipping and return policy
- Delivery Charge: Dhaka city - 60 Taka; Outside Dhaka - 120 Taka. If the size or weight of any product is larger, additional delivery charges may apply, subject to discussion with the customer.
- We deliver products 7 days a week!
- Delivery within Dhaka city is made within 1 to 2 working days, while delivery outside Dhaka is completed within 3 to 5 working days.
- We provide home delivery within Dhaka city.
- For deliveries outside Dhaka, customers must collect their products from the nearest courier service office.
- Customers can also collect products directly from our office.
- Delivery may be interrupted due to natural disasters or political crises.
- Product delivery is subject to stock availability.
- Customers can order products using cash on delivery or online payment options.
- Online payments can be made through SSL COMMERZ, Card, Bikash, Rocket, or Mobile Banking.
- The color of the product may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, or monitor resolution.
- Products damaged by the customer cannot be returned.
- All non-warranty products should be checked in front of the delivery person.
